Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book 1st ed 1st printing 1939
This book was owned by Sgt. Oscar Futral and given to Kay and K.C. Stewart on July 25, 1971. Inscribed "July 25, 1971 To Kay & KC. From Oscar For Ever". Oscar was a Police Sgt. who was very active in "Institutional A.A." and started the "Jail Inn" Group at the Summit County Jail in Akron, Ohio. Oscar, along with Kay and K.C. was one of the first five to start the "Flame" group in Akron. No writing in book except inscription, very clean pages, Strong Gold Gilt on spine and front cover with the first two pages removed in a reproduction dust jacket. Also, comes with Kay's 25th Sobriety chip being an older vintage bronze one with AA on the reverse (She had 30+yr's of sobriety before leaving us), and a photo of Sgt. Oscar Futral with Kay and K.C. Stewart.
